Bet Acceptance

  • X111 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. A bet that has not been confirmed is considered not accepted.

Odds & Results

Odds displayed on x111 may change based on market conditions. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are considered final. In live betting, odds may shift due to network delays — in such cases, the odds recorded on the server will apply.

Special rules apply to cricket betting: if a match does not complete at least 90% of the scheduled overs, the bet amount will be refunded — though separate rules may apply to live bets and special markets.

04 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on x111 are processed through a secure and transparent system. The following deposit and withdrawal terms apply to all users.

Deposit Terms

  • Deposits must be made through registered payment methods only: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other approved methods.

Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance. Funds become withdrawable only after the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Wagering Requirements

  • To withdraw a welcome bonus, you will generally need to wager 15–30 times the bonus amount.

  • Bets placed on certain games or sports markets may not count toward wagering requirements.
  • The deadline to meet wagering requirements is generally 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the period expires.

Bonus Abuse Prohibited

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x111 platform. Violations will result in immediate account termination and, where necessary, legal action.

  • Deliberately exploiting technical errors or incorrect odds in the system.

  • Hacking, scamming, or intimidating other users.

If suspicious activity is detected, x111 may temporarily suspend an account at any time for investigation. Deposits and withdrawals may not be available during this period.
